Returns & Refunds
There is a returns section on our website which when completed will generate a returns number please use this facility to return all items purchased from this website, failure to do so could delay your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, so please ensure that your emails address in included with the returned item(s).
Of good returned as unwanted or order in error, we reesve the right to apply a 10% re-stocking fee applied to these returns

Shipping your return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bull Motif Spares, Units 5-6 Isbourne way, Winchcombe, GL54 5NS, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once they are received back they will be inspected and if defective will be replaced and you shipping cost refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item(s) over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Original payment method provider.
Then contact your credit card company, or PayPal it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
